Check in at the operator's Duncan Bridge outpost at 26 Megan Drive. The operator shuttles renters to the selected Upper Chattahoochee section or retrieves paddlers on the longer route.
Season & current access
The published schedule runs weekends and appointments in March, expands through spring, operates daily from Memorial Day through August, then returns to weekends and appointments in September and October. November–February is by appointment and for special events.
Age, skill & route requirements
The listed minimum age is 5 for the published river sections. Every participant must read and sign the waiver. The operator describes its routes as suitable for all levels, but Section III is the more advanced whitewater option.
Published choices include 5-mile trips of roughly 2–3 hours and a 10-mile route of roughly 5–6 hours. Section II includes smaller shoals and one Class II rapid that can be portaged; Section III is the more active whitewater section.
Fit it into a wine weekend
Keep paddling in the morning. Return the boat, finish the shuttle, change and eat before continuing to a winery in the Helen–Sautee–Cleveland area.
