Using this guide

Our optional signup form collects your email address and, if you choose to provide them, your name and phone number for Wine of Georgia updates. Email is the only required field. Information is stored in Wine of Georgia’s dedicated client record in the SommeTech backend, with access restricted to authorized administrators. Supplying a phone number does not opt you into text messages. The form does not send an immediate confirmation email. Any future email updates should include an unsubscribe option. The site does not provide visitor account registration or payment forms. Winery and event filters run in your browser. This browser remembers when you dismiss the signup popup or join the list so it can avoid showing repeated prompts. We have not added advertising pixels or analytics scripts.

Hosting and external services

The hosting provider may process technical request data needed to serve and protect the site. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts. Following a venue, map or booking link takes you to an external service with its own privacy practices.

If data collection features are added, this notice will be updated to describe them.
