What to expect when you arrive
- Tasting experience
- Preset tasting flights, wine by the glass and tap wines are available. The rooftop, main tasting room and Roost Bistro have different service schedules; choose the area you want before setting your arrival time. Last call is 30 minutes before the published closing time.
- Food & picnics
- The Roost Bistro, rooftop service and Coop food truck are separate options. Outside food is not permitted.
- Children, pets & access
- All visitors must be 21 or older, including non-drinkers; no children or infants. Friendly leashed dogs may use the patios, but not ticketed events. No oversized vehicles or RVs.
- Published hours
- Monday–Tuesday noon–6 p.m. rooftop and Coop only; Wednesday–Thursday tasting room noon–9 p.m.; Friday–Saturday tasting room 11 a.m.–9 p.m.; Sunday tasting room and rooftop 12:30–6 p.m. Bistro meal periods and rooftop hours vary by day; Georgia alcohol service begins at 12:30 p.m. Sunday.
