Build the tasting afternoon around Tiger. Visit Tallulah Gorge on the arrival or departure leg, and avoid adding remote forest-road vineyards to a tight schedule.

Black Rock Mountain may close during icy weather. Gorge access has separate restrictions, so check both parks rather than treating one park update as clearance for the whole region.
