Carrollton’s official program combines a Merry Market at East Carrollton Park, a 2 p.m. Tuba Christmas at the Amp, square activities from 4 p.m. and the 5:30 p.m. parade through downtown. Check the city page for parking, route and weather updates rather than treating every component as a single venue.
